1. Acceptance of these terms
By using the NOIDEX website or the NOIDEX application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use NOIDEX.
2. What NOIDEX is
NOIDEX is a desktop application for Windows that translates spoken voice in real time and displays the translation as an on-screen overlay, so you can follow conversations in games, streams, videos and other applications.
3. License to use NOIDEX
NOIDEX is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. When you purchase NOIDEX, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the application, activated through your product key. You may not resell, share or redistribute your product key.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the application, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Redistribute, resell or sublicense NOIDEX or your product key.
- Use NOIDEX for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The NOIDEX name, logo and application are the property of the party responsible for this website (see our Privacy Policy for contact details). NOIDEX also uses third-party open-source components under their own licenses. In particular, translation models from Helsinki-NLP / OPUS-MT are used under the CC BY 4.0 license.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on this website in euros and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; NOIDEX does not store your full payment card details.
7. Right of withdrawal for digital content
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Because NOIDEX is delivered as digital content (an activation key and downloadable software), this right ends once the download or activation has started, provided you have given your prior express consent to this and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right at the time of purchase. This will be clearly presented to you during checkout.
8. No warranty
NOIDEX is provided "as is". While we work to keep it reliable and accurate, we do not guarantee that translations will always be perfect, or that the application will be free of interruptions or errors. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under the law applicable to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOIDEX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the application. This does not affect any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Termination
We may revoke a license in case of a serious breach of these terms, such as redistributing your product key. Where legally required, you will be notified of the reason.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, particularly as NOIDEX moves from pre-launch to a fully available product. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
