Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Ignacio Álvaro Seros, operating under the trade name NOIDEX, with Spanish tax ID (NIF) 72996138A. For any question about this policy or your personal data, you can contact us at contact@noidextraductor.com.
2. What information we collect
We only collect the personal data described below:
- Waitlist email address: if you sign up to be notified about the NOIDEX launch, we collect the email address you provide.
- Purchase information: once NOIDEX is available for purchase, payment and billing data will be collected and processed by our payment provider, not stored directly by us (see section 4).
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes standard connection data (such as your approximate country) to route you to the correct language version of the site and to keep the site secure. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.
- Language preference cookie: a small functional cookie (
noidex_lang) remembers whether you chose English or Spanish, so you don't get redirected again on your next visit.
About the NOIDEX application itself: the voice audio that NOIDEX processes to generate translations is processed locally on your own device. We do not upload, transmit or store the audio you speak or hear while using the app.
3. Why we collect this information
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Waitlist email | Notify you when NOIDEX launches | Your consent |
| Purchase data | Process your order and deliver your license | Performance of a contract |
| Language cookie | Remember your language preference | Legitimate interest (strictly functional) |
| Basic connection data | Security and correct language routing | Legitimate interest |
4. Who we share your information with
We work with a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Brevo (email service provider), to manage the launch waitlist.
- Our payment provider, to process purchases and issue license keys once NOIDEX is available for sale. Payment card details are handled entirely by the payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
- Cloudflare, our hosting and content delivery provider.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.
5. International data transfers
Some of the providers listed above may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, it is covered by appropriate safeguards recognized under the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep your data
Waitlist email addresses are kept until NOIDEX launches or until you unsubscribe, whichever happens first. Purchase records are kept for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@noidextraductor.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example as NOIDEX moves from pre-launch to a fully available product. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
